Sign up with email. Pick your business name and inspection types. Set up your profile and templates. Run your first inspection.

That's it. . No phone call. No commitment. Most inspectors have their first report rendered within 30-60 minutes of signup.

What 30 days lets you actually do

A 30-day trial is long enough to:

• Run real inspections — at typical volume (5-30/month), 30 days = 7-45 inspections through the platform
• Get carrier feedback — for inspectors running 4-point or wind mit, 30 days lets reports cycle through carriers and come back validated
• Compare with your current software — run parallel inspections in InspectorData and your current tool, compare reports
• Get client and agent feedback — your real estate agent partners and homebuyer clients see the report format and tell you whether they like it
• Decide based on actual use — not a demo video, not a sales pitch, not a 14-day rush

What happens after 30 days

At day 90, the platform asks one question: continue or not?

• Continue: enter a payment method, choose the flat-rate $79/month plan or optional Pay As You Go credits ($15 per inspection, 5 for $65, 10 for $120, no monthly bill); no data migration needed.
• Don't continue: trial expires, your data exports to PDF, no charge.

We don't auto-bill on a card-on-file you forgot about. We don't lock you in. We don't make cancellation hard.
